Accounts registered by automated methods (bots) are not permitted. Use of VPN, proxy, or other IP anonymizing services during registration or use of the Service is prohibited.

4. Service Description

PhoneValidation.app provides phone number validation and verification services, including but not limited to:

• Phone number format validation
• Carrier identification
• Line type detection (mobile, landline, VoIP)
• Location information
• Bulk verification via CSV upload

5. Credits and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable
• Each phone number verification consumes one credit
• Credits do not expire but are tied to your active account
• All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Engage in harassment, stalking, or invasion of privacy
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by PhoneValidation.app and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your phone number lists or verification results.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Update these Terms with notice to users
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All verification results will be 100% accurate
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free from viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHONEVALIDATION.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any errors or omissions in verification results

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PhoneValidation.app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
